[Obsolete] Volumetric Nebulae Mod

This mod adds manually placeable nebulae. These nebulae have a 200km diameter. It is recommended you install a darker skybox mod along with this. There is a noticeable performance drop when in the center of a nebulae, I've tried my best to mitigate this issue.

Commands:
Color values are 0-1(decimals) rather than 0-255. Using large values might look weird.
EX: "/ncolor 0.1 0.1 0.2 0.1"

- "/ncreate" Creates a nebula at your position
- "/ncolor R G B" Recolors the nebula at your position
- "/ncolor R G B A" Recolors the nebula at your position
- "/ncolor" Gets the color of the nebula at your position
- "/nregen" Regenerates nebula, recommended to do between mod updates.
- "/nremove" Removes the nebula at your position

Example Colors (Made for Realistic Skybox):
Crimson Red - 0.2 0.1 0.1 0.1
Blue Spring - 0.1 0.1 0.2 0.1
Dusty Beige - 0.2 0.2 0.15 0.1
