Denouncing civilizations with a different starting policy tree or ideology increases the Local Happiness of Cities. Befriending civilizations who share starting policy trees or ideologies converts excess Happiness into Science.

Ubåtsjagare (Missile Cruiser)
Much weaker (58 vs 80) and slower (5 vs 7). Unlocked at Computing. Gains a unique promotion based on the Focus of the city it is trained in, and heals per the nearest city's local Happiness. May capture enemy Submarines that are within city limits.

Agesta (Nuclear Plant)
Requires a source of Freshwater. New buildings begin with +1 of their Science and Food yields. Production modifier increased from Research Agreements, Trade Agreements and Defensive Pacts.
