Unique Improvement: Kasbah: +2 Food. +2 Gold. +1 Housing. Tiles receive +1 Culture if adjacent to a Kasbah. Cannot be constructed adjacent to one another. Kasbah must be built on desert or desert hills. +4 Defense Strength for occupying units. Available with Feodalism.

Unique building: Medina: Provides +2 Housing, +2 Amenites, +3 Gold if adjacent to Commercial Hub, and +2 Culture for every era starting at the Classical Era. Available with Masonry.

Agenda: Imaginary Caliphate
Tries to have the highest possible per turn income. Respects other high income civilizations.
