Havie Search Assignment

This mod adds a new assignment to the game that costs 100 gold to initiate

When characters perform this event they have a chance at trigger a custom event.

There are 10 events possible, Which can give:

random ancillary
money
t3 weapon
t3 armor
t3 horse
experience
hire an officer
make a friend
give a local public order buff
