中国铁路机车连接修正

描述
修正中国铁路机车浮空连接的问题，包括解放1型、人民型、东风4B型、东风5型、韶山9G型、和谐电3B型。

经过修正后的DF4B型已经可以正确连接客运车厢。

请注意：本模组同时包括了和谐电3B型的功率修正，无需再启用之前的功率修正模组，同时启用这两个模组会造成冲突，导致功率修正失败。

版本更新，大多数车辆文档都增加了几百行，原始的MOD已经失效了

作者大大能把HXD3B的牵引力也修正到570kN嘛，这里面的机车牵引力数据大多是启动牵引力。

For rolling stock with different type of couplers - I suppose it's good enough as long as they are mostly in the correct place and there are no big caps between them like they have now.

@Dinosbacsi Yes,I'm going to make corrections for other rolling stock, but there's a problem. There seem to be many kinds of train hook in American locomotives, and some of them can't fit in shape... So I'll fix European and Russian vehicles first.

Nice. Looks like every rolling stock would need such a fix though. Do you plan on doing the rest, or only these? (not begging, just asking)
