Chinese Locomotive Connection fix

Описание
Fixed a floating connection issue between chinese locomotives,including JF1,RM,DF4B,DF5,SS9G,HXD3B.

After adjustment, DF4B can be connected to passenger wagon correctly.

Please note: This module also includes the power fix of HXD3B. It is not necessary to enable the previous power fix module. Enabling these two modules at the same time will cause conflicts and lead to power fix failure.

版本更新，大多数车辆文档都增加了几百行，原始的MOD已经失效了

作者大大能把HXD3B的牵引力也修正到570kN嘛，这里面的机车牵引力数据大多是启动牵引力。

For rolling stock with different type of couplers - I suppose it's good enough as long as they are mostly in the correct place and there are no big caps between them like they have now.

@Dinosbacsi Yes,I'm going to make corrections for other rolling stock, but there's a problem. There seem to be many kinds of train hook in American locomotives, and some of them can't fit in shape... So I'll fix European and Russian vehicles first.

Nice. Looks like every rolling stock would need such a fix though. Do you plan on doing the rest, or only these? (not begging, just asking)
