Описание
An iron hat with the power of Oni. Wearing this is said to gain Oni's power.

It was set to not change the hair style when equipped.

鬼の力を宿した鉄笠。身に着けたものは鬼の力を得ると言われている。

装備の際、髪型が変更されないよう設定しました。

You're right. It is made from an iron moth.
The sword tape is a remnant that stopped when trying to make the roof of a Japanese house (tiled roof).
If I had more skills, I wanted to make Onigawara(Oni tile).

It looks like the iron moth with two guardless katanas tapes to the top.

Some of the helmets of medieval Japanese warlords are functional, but most are crazy( sick ) from a modern human point of view.

I think you are right. I don't think this is suitable for battle.
However, there are many real Japanese military helmets with larger and longer horns.

looks good but those horns on top are a bit large
