[SUNSET HARBOR UPDATE] All assets and mods for CSUR are compatible with Sunset Harbor DLC and its free updates.

Core utility mod for the all-new CSUR road system.

This mod is required for any new CSUR road pack on the Workshop:

You can distinguish the new CSUR from its predecessors (original CSUR, CSUE) by the “CSUR” logotype and the highway logo similar to the thumbnail of this mod.

The CSUR Loader provides the following key contents for the CSUR road system:
- Base textures for CSUR roads: the roads themselves do not contain textures, and CSUR Loader applies a set of “external” textures to CSUR roads after the game is loaded.
- Sidewalks: CSUR Loader provides dedicated sidewalks designed for CSUR roads.
- Road props: CSUR Loader provides road props used by CSUR roads, including lights for the elevated mode, custom traffic lights and traffic cameras.

Added a switch to enable changing the color of non-CSUR roads from CSUR Loader.
Added drop-down menus to customize traffic lights, road arrows and the "keep right" sign on median.
Added a switch to enable/disable traffic cameras.
Added switches to enable/disable policy toggling for ground roads without sidewalks (turn on to remove retaining walls unless Bike Ban policy is applied) and slope/tunnel modes (turn on to remove solid lines unless Bike Ban policy is applied)

2020-01-18:
Added road color settings.
Three sliders are available in the CSUR Loader panel in game options to change the colors for CSUR roads. This function and Road Color Changer will override each other, meaning changing the colors using either mod will be effective for the entire map. Note: Network Skins 2 store the current road color when the skin of the road is customized, so neither CSUR Loader or Road Color Changer will affect the color of NS2-customized roads.

Road Arrows:
Vanilla - arrows from vanilla game
CSUR - CSUR Decal Pack from the original CSUR, requires subscribing to the item
American - Arrow Decals Pack from US Road Project, requires subscribing to the item AND Decal Prop Fix
German - German Arrow Decals Pack


Traffic lights:
Vanilla - traffic lights from vanilla game
CSUR - Traffic lights bundled with CSUR Loader, does not require subscribing to additional assets
American* - Roadside Props from US Road Project, requires subscribing to the item

Median signs:
None - no median signs are placed
CSUR - Keep right sign bundled with CSUR Loader, does not require subscribing to additional assets
American** - DOT: Regulatory Signs , requires subscribing to the item

* CSUR Loader only uses the R2-R04-07_KeepRight.crp file in the prop pack. Other props in this pack can be disabled for optimal performance.
** CSUR Loader only uses the NATLGTrafficLight[01,11,23,24].crp files in the prop pack. Other props in this pack can be disabled for optimal performance.

Please note that road appearance customization will only take effect after next load.
