"Energy Lives Here"

Mobil is a American chain of gas stations that is owned by the ExxonMobil Corporation, with 1000's of locations nationwide.

Two signs are included in the download. RICO mod settings are also included for the store only.
Parking lots and other landscaping is not included.

The price for gas at this station will soon be accurate for Australian games. I love the "Real Gas Station" mod (see previous comment) and this will be perfect for it.

This is a unique building so in the RICO Settings, you have to add "local" to make it commercial.

If you would use it with the "Real Gas Station" mod, then keep it as a unique building and change with Customize It Extended mod the construction cost to 5086 and make available petroleum to fill it up (petroleum is available with Industry DLC).

We also have Mobil gas stations in Australia, we call gas stations servos (service stations) though
