a new better parking place , in 3 variations , 1 empty and 2 with cars , like that you have now 5 variations of you turn the parking places. + 2 of the old version. (You also can build roads in the middle of the parking , it works , and you can see all

Soon you also can build it in level -1/-2 , but joscha need to change a setting in game first :)

No , if you build a road in the middle it is just a road with "parking" decor. But i saw in the sa roadmap , that the devs want to create real parking with my mod
