Dark Hive

Dark Hive is a secret race hidden in the veil. They completely lost their production capacity for unknown reasons a long time ago, and the Hive collapsed. But the Queen and some other hivers survived. The Queen, who lost most of her production capacity and control over hive, gave them freedom and disappeared.

The Queen who had lost everything would have been forced to do so to survive in this barren world.

It's a Dark Hive that's freed from the Queen's control as the hive falls. They are a small number of Hive, but they live all over the world. I cared a lot so that they could fit into Kenshi's world naturally.

They are newly added races, but they are treated almost the same as the existing Hive. They will experience the same exclusion and discrimination Hive faces in the Holy Nation and the United Cities. To realize this, added all the Hive related triggers I remember. That they are almost perfectly treated as another Hive. They are pretty lore-friendly.

Import is recommended for applying mod.


You can start by selecting Dark Hive in the Start group.

(can select the skin color, and total of six kinds natural eye color.)

Unique NPCs from Dark Hive are added. There are four hiver in total, one for each type of hive. Some of them have their own dialogue. Maybe you think it's quite talkative. Some are easy to hire, but hard to find, some other need to complete their quests to hire.
-Dark Hive Worker Drone unique npc Hashish.
-Dark Hive Soldier Drone unique npc The Old Dog.
-Dark Hive Prince unique npc Fasthand.
-Dark Hive Praetorian unique npc Solza.

In rare cases, it can be found in recruit npc.
-Dark Hive Praetorian is found as a recruit npc with very rare probabilities.
-If you want to actively recruit them, look around the bar in each area.

Added new weapon Fragment Polearm and Fragment Cleaver / new armor Dark Samurai Set.
-Blueprints can be purchased from legendary being wandering around the corner of a remote island in The Iron Trail. Weapons and armor are sold in stores in some cities.

Added new wanted and enemy faction Dark Reavers.
-Can find a wanted list at the bar in various regions. Hunt the wanted and loot the Meitou weapons.
-Some sites to explore were added to some northern areas, including Dreg and Leviathan Coast.

-Dark Hive is a low population hive. They are usually the second most rare race after skeleton. But it's not hard to find them. They will be together in a faction with other hives, though rare. They make up about 30 percent of the average Hive.

-You can find the legendary being of Dark Hive wandering somewhere in the remote island of The Iron Trail.
