this mod doesnt really need to exist anymore cause you can adjust how much emissions can effect towns now

Update: Ah, it just needs some time to decrease the emissions when being activated on an existing savegame

Thanks CMDR Sweeper . Works good, just move it to the top of the load list.

This mod works as advertised on the tin on this date, however I have found that one of the tricks required is you have to move it to the top in the mod load order and play for a while.
When I later checked my emissions they were all gone and set to 0, except for the bad vehicle debuffs that gives you +1 +2 etc pending on the state of the vehicle.

it randomly stopped working...
