Legacy Rope Drums Resurrected (WIP)

This is a resurection of the abandoned Legacy Rope Drums mod (originally created by FouB and subsequently resurrected by Ivan): https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1563049299. For now it uses the original icons and models by FouB, though I plan to replace them with the new ones in the following days. At present the mod is fully functional and the future changes will be purely visual (model improvement).

The new drum sizes are available as variants of the vanilla rope drum. They also vary a bit in their properties:
1. The effective drum radius (deciding on how fast the rope winds) is
- 0.15m for thin drums
- 0.6m for thick drums
2. The minimal rope length is:
- 0.5m for thin drums
- 1m for thick drums
3. The maximal rope length is scaled (very roughly) by the drum volume with respect to the vanilla and is:
- 4m for small drum (1x1x1)
- 13m for thin drum (4x1x1)
- 25m for short drum (1x5x5)
- 120m for large drum (4x5x5)

Warning: The subtype ID's of the drums have been changed, thus they have to be replaced in blueprints using the old legacy rope drums mod!
