About

This small add-on replaces many CUP buildings with their equivalents from the Contact DLC, meaning many buildings on terrains using CUP buildings now have interiors. We have found that it completely changes how we play on terrains that we've known for over a decade.

It replaces the buildings on any terrain or mission that uses them (i.e. even third party terrains that depend on CUP, such as Beketov). It does not require ownership of the Contact DLC as Bohemia Interactive made the assets available to all ArmA 3 owners.

There are some glitches where the ground clips through the floors of buildings; it is unlikely that we will be able to fix this in the near future.

@GTG I'm having an issue as well. Mine says: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\107410\1883956552\addons\LSR_contact_in_cup_aesthetics_c.pbo is missing when trying to launch the server. I've checked my files and its definitely in there. Did you find a solution?

Click Map and go back if they dont vanish they it stop the AI from clipping or shooting U

Stolt: maybe, if they use assets that were upgraded in Contact.

Happy to hear any suggestions on how to improve the clarity of the second paragraph of the description which was an attempt to answer both of those questions :)

@Donnovan I think you're talking about https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/setTerrainHeight - it could be possible but it would either need to be done manually for each individual instance on each terrain, or potentially someone could figure out how to find the location of every edited building on a map and then automatically adjust the terrain around it.

I think it's unlikely that this mod will be patched to include either, but if you're making a mission and there is one specific bit of terrain clipping that's annoying you, you could absolutely use that function to fix it :)
