Pain Sounds

Description
An addon that makes players play sounds upon getting hurt/killed, you can customize models and voices for custom player models, or add completely new sounds to said player models through a settings menu in the spawnmenu.

You can customize the addon in "Spawnmenu > Options > Pain Sounds > Server/Client settings"

You need superadmin permissions (or just play in singleplayer) to change the server settings.

man i have no idea. it did happen to me once when i forcefully shut down my computer using the power button while playing gmod though

Defrektif, thank you so much, it worked! Can you please tell what causes it? Because that means I'll have to do it multiple times in future, I'd like to prevent it from happening

for those having issues, i have found a fix. this does delete all of your configurations for this mod, though.

find gmod in your library and click on browse local files

navigate to "garrysmod/data/painsounds" and delete all three .txt files

you're done

it worked good, then suddenly started showing me error, and doesn't play any sounds anymore. I never installed any other mod after this one, and reinstalling this mod doesn't fix it

Tried it out. Doesn't swap over pain sounds at all with any of the preloaded stuff. Only time it works is when I used it on a model I got from the workshop.

im pretty sure this is broken well at least it is for me idk if its actually broken but if not it must be incompatible to something
