The UMP9, chambered in 9×19mm Parabellum cartridge

The UMP9 (the 9×19mm version of the UMP) is almost 0.2 kilograms (0.44 lb) lighter than its MP5 counterpart. Its predominantly polymer construction reduces both its weight and the number of parts susceptible to corrosion.It has a cyclic rate of fire of around 600–650 rounds per minute.

Apart from the different chambering, all versions feature the same basic design, the most noticeable difference being the curved magazine used on the UMP9, while the UMP40 and UMP45 use a straight magazines. All three versions of the weapon can be converted to any of the available chamberings via replacement of the bolt, barrel, and magazine.

HK UMP，是由德国黑克勒-科赫公司于上世纪90年代设计的一款冲锋枪。在它出现时，采用的口径为.45 ACP（11.43毫米），因此被称之为UMP45。
由于采用11.43毫米口径的枪械拥有较高停止力，美国的特种部队开始换装.45口径的手枪，以取代停止力不足的9毫米手枪。但是，特种部队采用的主要武器，仍然是采用9毫米口径的MP5冲锋枪。这种采用9毫米口径的冲锋枪，由于停止力较差，因此在对付较为难缠的敌人时，常常无法进行有效的进行压制。
后来，美国特种部队希望能装备一款改用11.43毫米口径的冲锋枪作为制式武器，不过当时市面上并没有适合特种作战的11.43毫米口径冲锋枪。
在这种情况下，上世纪90年代，德国黑克勒-科赫公司设计开发了一款采用11.43毫米口径的冲锋枪，它就是Universal Machine Pistol（意思为通用冲锋枪），简称为UMP。
UMP在设计时，采用了黑克勒-科赫公司另一款作品，G36突击步枪的一些概念，并大量采用工程塑料。这样不仅减轻了重量，也降低了价格。
1998年，该枪进行测试，在经过一连串的测试之后，证明了UMP冲锋枪性能优秀，完全符合特种作战的要求。由于使用的是11.43毫米口径，换成英寸就是.45，因此该枪就被称之为UMP45冲锋枪，当时配的是弹容量为25发的弹匣。
后来，由于UMP冲锋枪性能优异，后座力小，易于分解，因此被许多国家的特种部队和特警队大量采用。由于许多国家依然在大量装备9×19毫米北约标准弹，因此为了方便使用国使用，UMP冲锋枪又出现了一款9mm口径的衍生版，这就是UMP9冲锋枪，该枪配备的是弹容量为30发的弹匣，相比UMP-45，UMP-9和UMP-45外观上没有太大差别，除了UMP-9采用的是弯形弹匣。

@Siberian_Yao 如果冲突导致另一个MOD失效的话其实有一个解决方法，就是把想要用的所有vpk文件从workshop文件夹复制到上一层的addons文件夹里再开游戏就行

感谢处理，不过在你的ump45和sig mpx mod下面都有人用英文反映了相似问题，并且这样的问题也可能妨碍其他smg/s-smg mod的使用。

@Siberian_Yao 可能是封包里一张法线贴图或者消音冲锋枪和乌兹冲锋枪使用的是同一个音频路径的原因，我尝试修复一下，实际上附件里提示冲突没有太大问题，游戏里依然是正常运行的，每个mod我都是亲自测试过几天确定没有问题后才会发布的。
