custom handheld tools modpack

This mod provides a part that allows you to load CUSTOM HANDHELD TOOLS!

Custom tools currently included in this version:
* ExplosionGun (also allows for rocketjumping ;)
* Flamethrower (fire not compatible with modpack weapons or modpack beta)
* more planned after the surival update (or when you guys ask for it and show some love) such as: handheld watergun, handheld napalm launcher, jetpack and more.

Instructions:
* load your world with this mod
* place down the Weapon Crate
* place down your lift
* press 'R' to load up the handheld tool selector
* choose the 'custom tools tab' and select your tool of choice.

Warning: this mod is very experimental and might crash. if you want to give feedback, please provide the following: how did it happen/what did you do to make it happen? what happened? a screenshot of the error.

NOTE: once a custom tool is selected you cannot use the lift, use the 'r' menu to go back to the lift.(have the lift selected when pressing 'r'!!!)

Current Flaws:
* sometimes you cannot select a different hotbar item when having a custom tool selected, swap back to lift to fix.
* the gui might crash and show buttons without a background, reloading the game is the only fix(alt+f4)
* an error about the spudgun might be spammed in chat upon equipping the explosiongun, you can ignore this. it's possible to fix this by equipping the flamethrower and then the explosiongun again.
