I’m a little new to this but, how do I know that it will appear?? I mean I’m already suscribe but it doesn’t appears in mods or something, how do I know is active, and could you tell me more specific in the location, please :)

I could give you the location, but the killer does not travel. He is however close to the trader guild’s capital and is within the great desert.
