Power Switch Silence

This mod alters the sound which the Power Switch makes, in order to make it silent.

If you don't want to hear Power Switches turning on/off when using the Servers and More mod, then this little tweak is for you.

Does nothing else besides changing the audio sample definition to a silent one.
