Silent witch effects

Description
As the title states, this silences the witch effects/opera tunes that play around a witch.
You will not hear any more "ooaaahoaaaahOOAAAHAAAOOOHAAAOOOHaaaooaah", however, the music from being close, chased, or burning a witch still plays.

Her screams are still normal, it's only the female opera singing from being near her that is made silent

maybe lowering the volume of the scream would be helpful but removing it i dont think so much, becouse i myself can get to know how startled is she recognising the scream :P

It will only conflict with mods that replace the same file, and I don't think there's many that replace those files.

The opera singing and the music itsself are different files, so they won't conflict with eachother
