Updated to 1.4 should work now without issue going forward. sorry this one was the only one that didn't gate the change (and its needed by the other two so, my bad)

What Serv said - 0.24.1 Public broke this completely, saves using it won't load at all anymore with mod on or off.

Never mind, I found it, it was in the Steam Apps -> Workshop folder

@IFoundTheLight So I looked at that path you told me and it has a 'modconfig' file (Which just lists the ID's of the mods I have active, and a 'workshop' file (Which has nothing in it). I searched my entire computer for the 'IFTL.LIB' file and the 'modinfo.lua file but it came up with no result.

recommend switching from min = "0.22", max = "0.23" to exact = "0.23.*" this way it will believe itself to be compatible until 0.24 comes around.

So found it, it's line 42, it's actually
