Go right ahead. That being said this is technically just a reupload from game-maps, so you also should just credit the people I already credited.

You can repack it yourself. Find the vpk.exe in the bin, drag the .vpk file and it will extract into a folder. Once extracted, find the script and change it yourself. To repack this again, just drag the folder to the vpk.exe.
