If you have TF2, simply mount GMod to TF2 (which you can easily do in GMods main menu) and any mapsd you have on TF2 (in-game or custom made) can be accessed on GMod.
You need to get the .gma file from the GarrysMod/garrysmod/addon folder and drag it to gmad.exe located in the GarrysMod/bin folder. It should create a folder in addons where you can simply place the content in the correct model and material/model directories.

Litronom has his own workshop where you can find his maps. He mostly makes them as TF2 trade maps but you can easily move them to GMod to play around in.
