This addon has extra skins and bodygroups. You can use them by holding down 'C' ingame (by default) and right click on some of the models to switch to any extra skins or bodygroups.

How about more Max Payne 3 models of NOT Max Payne himself? Id like to have all those various civlians for example, aswell as the people Max was supposed to protect.
