This is a combined Weapons Platform Script for Automated handling of Rotor Turrets and Missile Launches.

IMPORTANT: You MUST update Advanced Guided Missile Script to the latest as launch system is changed (else it won't launch properly).

This is a VANILLA Script and NOT A MOD

Capabilities
  • Manages all Rotor Turret PDCs (Gatling, Rockets or Modded Weapons).
  • Automatically launches Guided Missiles at large targets.
  • Easy Setup with ALL PDC Turret Blocks are grouped under One Single Group and script will Auto Detect.
  • DDS warships communicate to share target information.
  • Obstruction checking included to avoid shooting own ship.
  • Manual aiming for on-demand missile launches.
  • Automatic reload for Rotor Turrets with no fully conveyored designs (tilt lock connectors and reload).


Supports Vanilla Gatling Guns, Rocket Launchers and Modded Weapons Now! (See "1 - Creating PDC Turret" Section of the Guide)

Custom Data allows configuration to be made. See Guide for details.


Script does 0.009ms in idle mode, and 0.015ms to 0.1ms in full combat (20 PDCs).


NEW! : Added AutoMissileLaunch parameter. By default script automatically launches missiles from "DDS Missiles" group. To disable this behavior, use AutoMissileLaunch=false in CustomData.

Well I have always used small missiles but decided to try and make a big Torpedo to use with it. After a considerable amount of troubleshooting, I got the Torpedo to fire as intended but it doesn't seem to be able to seek its target worth a shit. It just spins and rotates in the vicinity of the target after initially flying towards its target.

Ya'll had me worried saying the script was broken! Just ran some test and she still works although I have just manually fired missiles. I have yet to test its auto fire.

Well currently, I can not get it to work, followed the guide to a T and still won't control PDC turrets. Maybe another mod conflicting?

i have a problem that the missile wont fire at targets beyond 800 meters range, in fact, there isn't even a target lock on the ProgramBlock interface area. i know about the custom configuration settings, but those doesnt seem to be working.
