The standard panels are simply too big and clunky to fit neatly and compactly into a small ship design where you want to keep it compact and just need an emergency backup in case you run out of fuel and just need to somehow gain some momentum to get back to base.

Second, a question/request: Would it be possible to update it with the ability to paint the cells as the mod linked below does for the vanilla ones?
