Shorter Character Collision

Descripción
Makes the character's collision 1.6 meters tall rather than 1.8 to fit in tighter spaces.

Note: With this, it is possible to get your sight into the block above you, which can be exploited in a server setting. To me, the benefits outweigh the costs.
