[TTT] Cold War Office 3.0

This is how cs_office would look like during the Cold War, more specifically, the 1970s and the 1980s.
Ingame name is ttt_cwoffice2019, map icon included. There are also a couple of T traps.

There's a small shelter underneath the office which is unlocked when there are 18 or more alive players. There are several entrances to said shelter scattered around the map. Asides from the shelter there are other new areas such as the bathrooms and one which shall not be named.

A green or red colored text on the top right corner of the screen will indicate if there are enough players for the bunker to unlock or not.

I also included a very handy admin room, it's located right through that wooden door at the end of the hallway leading to the main office, admins with noclip will be able to lock or unlock any door in the map at will

The map is also fully nodded so NPCs are able to navigate it, if you wish to make it work with NAV entities just type nav_generate in the console
