@frost Ah yeah thats intended.
The reason is we didnt want to buff TIOW or ICP units, who already have a multiplier to their stats which would in theory DEBUFF them.

So to avoid conflict we just kept it to GDA units.

I got it working I'm dumb it seems to be only for the grimdark cadians, I was using krieg and otehrs. Also I know this shouldn't be a qustion here, but when I use the cadian as a player and the player switches to a krieg uniform he becomes invincible.

@frost Ran a test with only CBA, GDA, ACE, ACE Compat and the players received the buff.

@frost was it working in the past for you?
Can you test with only CBA, GDA, ACE, ACE Compat?

Hey I'm using ace and when a sister does a speech other players don't receive it, using current ace.

Just tried with it enabled and it worked fine, no errors!

@Broseph Stalin Could be, try to enable and see what happens.

I have the version of ACE here on the Workshop, which I'd imagine is the latest version. I do have advanced fatigue disabled in the ACE addon menu though, maybe that's causing an issue?
