Raycast Recasted

This modification focuses on the raycasting function of cameras.

It is needed to fullfil my experimental script that puts an abstract of what it sees on the lcd blocks. I want to have my cameras to be able to transfer what it sees to lcd like a viewscreen. There use to be a mod like that, but it does not work anymore, and you needed an extra thing to load with your game. Since I do not have that skill, I am creating a script that places raycast hits into colours displayed on lcd. This give an abstract mural so I can see in the dark.

Anyways, here is what this modification does

- Reduces raycasting cone to 11.25 degrees (1/4 of vanilla 45 degrees)
- increases raycast speed to 45000 meters per tick (45000k per second)

This works really well with radar scripts. Leave comments, and wait for the viewscreen script.
