Convert Province Culture

Description
Lets you target a county title/province and change it's culture to yours for a cost. You can also target your vassal's land if they share your culture.

This mod should be fully compatible with any mod.

It could be useful tool, but I have never used it for the month of playing. The value of conversion is still above my empire treasure level (around 5k-7k gold). At least 1/3 cost could be fine, otherwise it is useless.

Please update with changes to the realm size or treasury. The cost is crazy.

I don't see an option to change culture either. I have all DLCs and no other mods activated.

hey man cool mod but the conversion cost scales with either your treasury or realm size (dont know which) but the result in my rome is that it costs over 80k gold for onr province... can you make you make the cost fixed? (being chaper if the culture is in your culture group would be a nice bonus)
