It's Valve's Pyro from Team Fortress 2! The Pyro has True RNG, which allows the change of Team Color every map-change. It's RNG, so it's not like you'll always have the color change upon every level.

The Pyro wears a sweater, and that's because there wasn't any good options for the Pyro to wear to look similar to Rochelle. It's mostly the reason why the Femme Pyro was ported over; I didn't want it to be just the regular Pyro as I wanted other modders to create TF2 characters - I don't want my TF2 characters to be the definative mods.

Oh, and I might have made the Femme Pyro port partially because of bribe brownies. Just, might have...
