Nadmod Prop Protection

Beskrivelse
NPP is a simple and efficient Prop Protection system.

* Admins can touch all props (configurable)
* All player spawned entities are protected by default from:
- All Tools
- Properties menu (right clicking props while holding C)
- Gravity gun punt/pickup
- Physgun pickup/reload
* Has a friends system with cpanel that saves friends to file
* Quick and easy buttons to cleanup either Disconnected Player's stuff or specific players, which also show the current # of entities that player owns
* Autoclean Disconnected Player's props timer
* Simple overlay shown on all entities shows owner, class, model, and entID
* CPPI Compliant
* Concommands:
- 'nadmod_cleanplayer id/name'
- nadmod_cdp (clears Disconnected Player's props)
- nadmod_totals (helps rcon know which player needs cleaning)
- 'nadmod_cleanclass prop_ragdoll' (clears all entities of a class)
- nadmod_overlay convar for disabling the handy ownership Hud

FIX THIS its causing the Q menu the fail! if you don't fix ill have to report this as incomparable for gmod.

i have a dedicated server, and when there's no one playing, the latest person's prop will not be cleaned up. it will only be cleaned up after someone else connects (or it could be only admins, in my case i'm obviously the superadmin) and after the time set in pp admin settings. weird thing is that this also happens with simple prop protection and also falco's prop protection... could be ulx/ulib doing something? if anyone knows i would appreciate some help! thanks
