I completely understand if you aren't modding anymore, Gwen. But I hope you come back and work on this one a bit more, or else maybe pass it along to someone else's capable hands (mine are woefully incapable). GAPS was and is my favorite mod to date, and there are no others even remotely close it on the workshop. Here's hoping, and wishing you well.

Is the mod still working? Seems like a lot of civics and traits are causing problems, the undergrounder trait for example just creates jobs that can not be taken by pops, therefore you always have open jobs on your planets. (Tested as Hive Mind)

it is due to the amount of black holes a system has if a unswallowed empire manages to get to the scar (a system filled with at least 20 black holes) then they can produce a voidcloud from each one in a year

I have noticed the same thing as Jedih. I also have noticed when I take over another empire with the same civic I can control most of void clouds the that spawn in systems with black holes.
