This mod adds a new use for that uranium you have in your stockpile. Now you can build powerful sources of energy (if you research them first, of course!)

COMPATIBILITY NOTICE: I am unable to test if this mod works with any of the DLCs. I do not own any for now. It works fine with non-dlc version though.

Features:
- Containment chamber doors and walls with a stronger variation
- Uranium Refining
- Cooling Systems
- Custom Research Tree
- Three Reactors - each with different efficiency and fuel consumption. (Small Reactor - Produces 6750W of energy, Normal-Sized reactor produces 25500W of energy, and finally, Giant reactor that produces 50000W of energy.)
Remember to keep those reactors out of any damage. If their health gets lower than 10 % they WILL explode!


Reactors can't overheat. Cooling systems are only used to build them.
Same goes with radiation. It's not added. It's possible I might add them in the future.

Most of the times the normal reactor will be enough for your colony, but if you need tons of power your best bet would be to either build a couple of normal reactors or one giant one. It takes lots of space though. It's 12x12

Should be compatible with existing saves, but I don't think it would be safe to remove it in a existing save. Maybe after deleting every refined uranium, cooling system parts, components and reactors it would work.

Will look into that as well. Currently kinda having a rough time with IRL stuff so my free time is dedicated to purely chilling but this sounds simple to do :)
Will probably do it along with the ability to paint.

Love your mod and use it in every playthrough (all DLC's) so thanks for that.

Since you are still working on it, any chance you can make the walls and doors paintable? The current colour kinda clashes with the aesthetic that I use ;) No idea how much work that would be but it would be appreciated!

Mod Updated for 1.6!

I've completely overhauled the mod settings menu, it's now much easier to use, with sliders for quick changes and text boxes for precise values. I also made some performance improvements, so the mod should run much smoother in your games, particularly in the late game with multiple reactors on the map.

Next up, I'm starting to design the meltdown and nuclear fallout feature that I've always wanted in this mod but lacked the skill to implement. It'll be completely optional if you prefer the previous simplicity of the mod, I aim to make the experience customizable for everyone via mod options.

Oh and this does with with all dlcs that are currently out now. I have at least 500hrs of play time with this mod installed and never had any issues
