They wont spawn. lemme explain so i wanted to spawn one and nothing was there, not even an error thing, not even a lua error just nothing

You most likely have a conflicting addon

addons such as the improved DOG NPC cause those errors

if you can't find out which addon it is, send the error you get in console

When I kill an npc it just remains idle and the npc doesn't die, I'm not sure how to fix it but I hope someone knows.
