This is a rural barbed wire fence, based on ones seen around the UK and Ireland for fields and hilly farmland.

Details

This fence was based off Avanya's black iron fence and conforms to the terrain. It can be found under the same tab as the paths ingame.

If I'd wanted to make accurately scaled wires the textures would be enormous, just how the wall it's based off works.

Looks really weird ingame. The fence wires are huge. Looks more like some kind of weird post-apocalyptic fence where they've decided to use soccer netting between posts.

Great asset, you can actually draw the fence line without the need of copying and pasting individual props with Move It! I personally use it to make property lines for large houses and other property lines.
