Description
Requires Import to work.

Ever wanted to ally yourself with the Tech Hunters?

Well by making charitable donations to the World's End University you can improve your relations by 5, 25, or 75.

I've added a new character, Ribs, at World's End. He has a fair amount of dialogue with advice for aspiring tech hunters.

When allied, additional dialogue unlocks with Ribs and his Tech Hunter friends will arrive to help protect a player base.

Requires Import to work.

6/2/2024: Returned to this mod to try and fix the mod conflict/university bug. Hopefully is fixed now, hard to test because it was impossible to replicate with 0 other mods loaded.

@Conker/Warzagg This mod used to ally with the Machinists as well, but there was a mod conflict many people ran into that I wasn't able to resolve where when allying with the Machinists all the people inside of the University would start following the player. Since I no longer make mods for Kenshi I made the decision to remove relations with the Machinists to prevent it. If anyone would like to take up this mod and expand upon it, I give full permission so long as long as credit is given. I apologize that I was unable to determine what mod causes the conflict, all I can determine is that it is a popular mod with how many people encountered the problem.

Hey Fitzkrieg! Love the mod. Started using it with my Reactive World playthrough; previously I used Living World to ally with the Tech Hunters, but LW doesn't play nice with RW. If you're still working on the mod, I was wondering if you could add a way to ally with the Machinists faction via donations? Feels a little bit weird to be allied with the Tech Hunters but not the nerds they work with closely. I'm also concerned that Machinist guards and merchants will try to attack me when I'm going after UC towns, and I'd rather not hurt them.

@Sgt Clutcher, he should be patrolling the lower level unless he is sleeping. Make sure you import your game if you are adding the mod mid-playthrough

That is very strange, haven't heard of that bug before. Do you have any other mods that affect NPCs or Tech Hunters?
