Improvement: Salitrera
+1 Housing and +1 Production, and +1 Production for adjacent Desert Tiles. +1 Production for adjacent Mine and Quarry Improvements if the City is at full Loyalty. One per City. -1 Appeal.

Unit: Almirante Latorre
Chilean unique Modern era naval unit that replaces the Battleship. +7 Combat Strength when fighting in neutral or Chilean borders. Combat victories remove enemy ownership on adjacent Water Tiles.
