If I knew how I'd do it, I was aware of the issue when I made it but don't remember any way to fix it back then. Not sure if that's changed recently.

Any chance that you could update the asset to use the vanilla soundFX? I actually thought the vanilla sound of the wind turbines was quite peaceful :)

After doing a little research I learned the turbine itself is a "next generation" direct-drive wind turbine. The design eliminates the need for a large rectangular gearbox sticking out the back of the turbine. I didn't even know there was a "next generation" of wind turbine as the only ones around where I live are of the older generation. Really cool stuff!
