This mod is absolutely excellent and, no joke, adds quite a lot of tactical possibilities to TTT. You can cough to give your position away, you can enjoy a smoke session with your mates which lowers the tension, builds trust and is a non-lethal item people can equip to be more trustworthy. Also there's the corona gun which causes coughing and damage. Well, the cig cough sounds the same so you can induce paranoia to the whole server.

Also, sometimes the weapon models get scuffed and broken since installing this mod. Smoking a cig once fixes it for the rest of the round. Some might call this a bug, but it's a feature! Lung cancer in exchange for a functional weapon model.

error in console and pretty sure it puts spanish text on the bottom of the screen at the start of every round?

If anyone else is having problems with the item being put in slot 3 when using TTT2, this is for you:
- press F1 to open TTT2 options menu
- open "Edit Equipment"
- click on "Cigarette"
- Under "Equipment Slot" change it to "Extra Slot" to have it in Slot 8
