Kuvaus
Removes the limitation of the amount of units you can have without taking a production penalty.

It doesn't exactly remove the limit but it sets the base limit to the highest value possible (2,147,483,647). Even the extremest of warmongerers can't fit that big of an army on any of the map sizes.

@General Agava: This does apply to AI's I think (don't see why it wouldn't), but the behavior isn't tweaked to make it actually produce more units. I'm also not sure if the AI even respects the unit limit in vanilla.

@jacques_og: What's not working? The limit is never set higher, or IGE glitches out in some way?
