I recently came across this mod, and it currently seems like the exact thing I've been looking for in my modded world, if I'm correct. That or a mod that makes certain tools "unbreakable"... However, this mod is marked as abandoned, and is also incompatible with the current game version. So... Are there any alternatives that anyone who sees this may know of?

could you also add the sawmill blades to the items this will work on?

So howe does this work? i tried it on the crafting table and in my forge. I did not see anything that said "Repair" or "Fix"

This is much more realistic as tool heads were seldom melted down. More often than not, even today, it is handles that need replaced, not heads and I don't need a forge for that but sometimes I do need my workbench and some other woodworking tools to get the handle just the right size and shape to fit the head again. Thanks Ivan!
