The Bile Bomb, Vomit Jar, Puke Bomb, whatever you call it has been reanimated.
You want to make sure what you are holding is toxic and that you unpin it before throwing just like a traditional grenade.

edit: remade the throwing animation in a more natural style.

@Pluvillion, I think that's just a vanilla limitation. For every item there's a short time before you can actually use it.
