Try these commands

This setvariable ["not_Random", True];
[this,"nameFace",nil, 1.22] call BIS_fnc_setIdentity;

but I don't remember if it works on this women mod

Is there a way to force female voice on an AI instead of it being randomized? There are certain good ones but they change randomly after a save/restart. Would like to set it one definite voice.
