PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION, BECAUSE BRIDGES ARE WEIRD

I'm not clever enough to figure out network bridges yet (bridges that are dragged like roads), so I've settled for the older method of custom frames that you thread a road through and delete default pillars using "Move It".
This asset is one arch and cables. It's templated off a standard wind power plant so it can only be placed on land.
It is suited for an avenue style road (I've used eight lanes like the real one), and will not fit a pair of highway networks.

As you can see in the screenshots and photo, the cables are long enough that they should basically pierce the road and stick out underneath at the right height. The bridge doesn't include the flags or floodlights shown in the screenshots, you will need to place these yourself to your liking.

Anzac Bridge was opened in 1995 as the new Glebe Island Bridge, and renamed to Anzac Bridge in 1998. It consists of two concrete arches 120m tall, spanning 345m across Jones Bay/Blackwattle Bay.

Wonderful asset. For those wondering about rotation, it does it automatically in both clock-wise and counter-clockwise, replicating 'wind' actions.

Do you think its strange that i had a dream with wind turbines in it that look almost exact to that model? And this is the first time i have seen it. Wierd...

@kamran.behzad it uses the wind turbine joint, it automatically turn with the wind directio, as such you cannot manually turn it.

@Insomniac8 Use FindIt! to plop the bridge down and tweak it with MoveIt!. However, be careful because you could activate the asset's "flatten terrain" protocol and have to start over with plopping it down via FindIt!. You could also manually edit the asset through the game's asset editor (or use a mod) to manually turn off this protocol.

This asset is not a road, it's just the arch and wires as a building.
If you mean could I update it to make it a network, probably not.

That's very odd.. sorry to hear it. Maybe the river just needs to be wider/deeper? I haven't had this issue, although I have seen it raise and flatten ground underneath it, it wasn't enough to block water. :(

every time I tried this bridge it blocked the river and caused flood. Any tips? I elevated the bridge but still no luck.
