Just because something doesn't state it cannot be uploaded to the workshop it doesn't give you permission to do so.

Technically you can't upload anything to the workshop you don't own the rights to.

And in regards to Aussiepack. We didn't "rip" this from p1nga's files, we were given permission by him to use it inside the pack. Along with the rest of the content. Also, on the basis it wouldn't end up on the Workshop because then it falls under Steams EULA.

This PMV version DOES NOT have damage models. It does not explode, nor does it show busted wheels properly. This model appears to be the same type Pinga first created.

This would be perfect for the Uncut project!

@Fug, Also the reason the PBO is the exact same as the AussiePack is because the AussiePack guys didnt edit Pingas PBO in any way, They nicked the exact same PBO from Pinga and used it on their pack, there is no "AussiePack edition" of the PBO; Its the exact same one because they also took it from Pinga!

The point im making is; First of all we took this Bushmaster from Pinga, link posted previously. In the AussiePack it says they also used the Bushmaster made by Pinga meaning they didnt make it either they also ripped it, I dont see you crying to the AussiePack guys for nicking Pingas Bushmaster.

The PBO is the one in the mod made by Pinga, which the AussiePack also ripped, Go look at your own link and read the "Credits & Thanks" part.

The PBO is the AussiePack edition. I'm not going to go do your homework for you to see if the model is allowed to be ripped.

Adding; If you look at the AussiePack on Armaholic it even says there that they ripped the Bushmaster made by Pingas, which is exactly this one meaning they arent the original creators either.
