why are copypastas not banned in steam workshop comment sections

WARNING! Stop fucking posting these copypastas! Or you will die, Clarissa isnt fucking real! Once there was a little kid called Timmy, he was 3 years old and he lived in a mental hospital, because he pasted a clarissa copypasta on steam. He eventually saw a copy of this exact comment and then he died. So, if you dont wanna get fucking roasted, stop fucking pasting these copypastas. If you copy and paste this to ten comments sections there will hopefully be less clarissa copypastas.
