I suggest you make couple of side-addon for the medkit just so it could run without any conflict.

So i don't know how to open your mod, or what programs exacly i need.
But i understand your mod better now, and i think you should change the description from
"(...) every kit model / skin on the workshop "should" be compatible with my backpack."
to
"(...) every kit model / skin on the workshop WONT be compatible with my backpack, and you have to place it in right order ABOVE your custom medkit mod. Here is a solution how..." etc.
Otherwise it is misleading discription.
