The crane is really heavy that its almost as of the back of the boat is sinking, But cool creation.

It's too slow....

Dang that crane looks so much like the one on my Rhino of the seas

Tip for the crane. Use velocity pivot instead. Stronger and 360 movement. I would also recomand stacking multiple one verticaly to make it even stronger. Also, making moving part touch each other create frictio and lag, specialy rotating part. Would be better if you left them one block away from each other. A way to hinde the gap is to use angled part for junction, their colision box is smaller.
